My Story
I honestly have a hard time defining myself in labels or modern day professions as the work I do is constantly transforming & it involves a spectrum of talents that aren’t really recognized as a formal occupation (I don’t think the term Earth Goddess, priestess, or modern witch have made it into the list yet). I consider myself to be a powerful young woman in a path of self-love & self-discovery, guiding other humans through their healing journeys too. Teaching others to be in touch with their bodies & their hearts, creating magical women’s retreats, assisting in plant medicine ceremonies, are some of the things I love doing.

This whole idea about incarnation is one that is still very interesting to me… a soul who decides by its own free will to come into this crazy human reality. From my understanding, we are all here to evolve & grow, we are here to open our hearts & minds, we are here to experience love, joy, compassion & forgiveness. We are also here to resolve past lives & learn to let go, we are here to remember ancestral wisdom & reclaim our creativity, we are here to protect this Earth & be kind to one another... Coincidence or not, my last ceremony was a confirmation on what my soul came here to do: assisting in the healing of other human beings (I know, I’m still processing this too…).
How on earth did I get here? I could say my spiritual journey “officially” began when I experienced one of the most dramatic things in my life (and please don’t think I’m the healing through suffering type of mindset): the dream to become a ballerina ever since I can remember, and then breaking my right sitting bone at age of 16. This could only mean one thing: no more dancing for me. At that moment, this felt like a total disaster. It was as if the Universe was conspiring against me & life was just pointless. Today, at the age of 26, exactly a decade after this accident, I understand why this “happened to me”. What once seemed like the end of my dreams was in reality the starting point of a profound healing journey & a wild ride of unconditional self-love.
Yoga seemed like a good option to recover some of my leg’s mobility, and so I went all in. Through this ancient practice, I discovered a new world. I learned about the soul, the spirit, the mind, & how we are all connected. I understood the importance of breathing, of being kind to my body. I was able to release a lot of the rigidity I had stored in my mind & body after all those years in ballet school. I learned how to open my heart, and let life flow through me again. Yoga helped me see my humanness with eyes of unconditional love & compassion. And ultimately, I awoke my body’s intrinsic ability to heal itself. Today, I look back into my accident and say thank you!
Then along came other amazing teachings and practices that I’ve been slowly integrating into my life: meditation, breathwork, plant medicine, oracle readings, astrology, sacred sexuality, womb healing, ceremony, women’s circles, voice activation, Temazcal, herbalism, moon rituals, sound healing, Chinese medicine, Tantra, Taoism, amongst others. Experiencing the gifts & benefits myself of these medicines led me into studying them & blending their wisdom into everything I currently share.

I hope this glimpse into my story inspires you to listen to the yearnings of you heart, to remember what you came here for, and to courageously open the doors to a world of healing & magic.
I wish that these sacred tools help you as much as they have allied me in my process. My intention is for all of us to live a life of purpose and presence, find peace, joy & love within. To allow ourselves to fully experience this human reality. To question our belief systems and write new ones based on love! I wish for all of us to remember that we are magic, sacred & one with the cosmos.
I open this space for us to cultivate unconditional self love, to dive deep into a journey of self-discovery, to awaken our medicine, to remember we are all one, to celebrate all parts of ourselves and to reignite the magic of being alive!
With love & gratitude,
