The Art of Movement

Embodied Yoga is a well rounded practice for all levels that encompasses breathing, yoga flow, & meditation. Specifically designed for you to experience what it means to be in this human spacesuit, together we will journey into the depths of your heart and energetic body. I developed this practice after more than 10 years of exploring and studying an array of different Yoga styles (explore below) & embodiment techniques (dance, pilates, Qi gong, tantra).

Sharing this practice with others & observing the magical transformation they go through ignites my soul. I invite you to unleash your body’s intrinsic ability to heal itself through my Medicine Movement classes. Roll out your matt with me & feel empowered, expanded, grounded, relaxed, energized, detoxed & blissed. I can honestly say this is medicine for the body, mind & soul.

Hatha-Vinyasa

This is a practice that is all about finding the fluidity in your body. It’s about finding those moments of stillness, of conscious movement and the spaces in between. Like the waves of the ocean, Hatha-Vinyasa will guide you into places of expansion & of full release. The perfect way to stretch it all out and ground into your body. Expect meditation + breathwork + movement.

Restorative Vinyasa

Whether you are recovering from a specific injury or you are wishing to explore a new style, restorative yoga is a beautiful & soft way to awaken your body’s healing abilities. This practice can be designed for a specific area of pain or injury in the body (shoulders, hips, neck) or it can be a well rounded practice based on slow & repetitive healing movement.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is the embodiment of the Yin or feminine energy within the world of Yoga. Expect little to no muscular activation in this class. This style is all about going within, pausing, resting & surrendering to the present moment. Through a series of specific Yin Yoga postures, you will experience deep introspection and a nurturing opening to your nervous system.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is like Yoga on steroids or Yoga bootcamp. If you are looking for a practice to start your day with all the power & energy ignited in your body, with a touch of elevation, Kundalini Yoga is your go-to. This class will empower you in ways you can’t imagine, it will recalibrate your whole energetic body & detox your organs too! A hero’s morning practice.

Goddess Vinyasa

This class is uniquely designed for women who wish to awaken their inner Goddess. Through womb breathing, Shakti dance, hip & heart opening fluid movements, you will reconnect to your feminine essence & start honoring the Goddess that you already are. An invitation for all women ready to leave the old masculine ways of moving and being behind

Kids Yoga!

Did you know children can start learning some of the basic fundaments of Yoga as early as 3 years old? Teaching kids a practice that can help them connect to their breathing, to their hearts & ground in their bodies is a gift they will carry for the rest of their life. This practice is specifically designed around children’s physiological needs & blends the flavor of playfulness and games at all times.

The Details

  • I don’t really believe in practice “levels”, but for the sake of practicality I want you to know all of my classes are tailored around your unique body. Whether you’ve been practicing for 20 years or this is your first Yoga class, I’ll be able to create a special class for you. If you’re unsure about which Yoga style you’d like to go for, I am more than happy to assist you in choosing the technique that best suits your desires.

  • Classes are held online via Zoom. However, if you are located in Mexico City we can discuss in person classes too. Please contact me directly if you’d like private yoga classes in-person.

  • If you are ready to begin your Yoga journey with me, we first start with a 90 min. Intro class that you can book here. Afterwards, you’ll be able to choose the class package of your preference:

    4 class pack (1x week) - $190USD

    8 class pack (2x week) - $275 USD

    12 class pack (3x week) - $330 USD

    *Prices are the same for all Yoga styles. If you’re looking for a bespoke package due to personal reasons please let me know.

  • All classes have a 75 min. duration except for the Intro Yoga Class (90 mins) & Kids Yoga Classes (60 mins.). Please know that materials aren’t included in the pricing. Depending on what we work together you might have to purchase specific materials (such as a belt, a Back Mittra or Yoga bolster). In general, you will need to have:

    1 Yoga Matt

    1 Yoga Blanket

    2 Yoga Blocks

  • All sales on Yoga Classes are final. No refunds or returns available. There is a 10 minute tolerance rule for class & a 24 hr cancellation policy. You will be asked to sign a waiver of liability form prior to beginning your Yoga program with me.
